At a glance
The idea
A mixed craft beer selection paired with truffle salami, truffle mustard, and Tickler cheese, where the rich, savory, tangy, and earthy flavors complement the beers malty, hoppy, and roasted notes for a bold, well-rounded pairing. A varied selection of craft beers from different breweries, chosen for their distinctive flavors, styles, and individual character. Includes Brasswells Truffle Mustard with a tangy, savory mustard flavor and earthy truffle notes, Wageners Truffle Salami with a rich, meaty taste and subtle truffle aroma, and Castello Gouda Cheese with a smooth, creamy texture and mild, slightly nutty flavor.
