Because products may include food, beverages, alcohol, seasonal items, perishable items, specialty goods, or third-party branded products, substitutions may be made when necessary. BeerNGrub Canada may be unable to accommodate cancellation, modification, delivery address changes, gift message changes, or product changes after an order is accepted or once preparation, fulfillment, alcohol compliance review, courier coordination, or delivery coordination has begun.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, recipient, contact, and order information. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, refused, or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible delivery information.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, taxes, fees, delivery charges, shipping charges, and other charges are subject to change without notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, shipping fees, handling fees, service charges, customs charges, import charges, or other amounts that may apply to an order.

BeerNGrub Canada offers delivery options that may include same-day delivery, scheduled delivery, local delivery, courier delivery, shipping, or other fulfillment methods depending on product selection, destination, timing, availability, and applicable legal requirements.

Same-day delivery is available in Greater Toronto and Greater Vancouver on eligible orders. Same-day delivery eligibility may depend on the delivery address, order timing, product availability, alcohol or regulated-product requirements, courier availability, and other operational factors. Delivery availability is confirmed during checkout or order processing where applicable.

Delivery dates, delivery windows, shipping times, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by BeerNGrub Canada.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by carriers, couriers, delivery partners, weather, traffic, building access restrictions, gated properties, concierge or security procedures, recipient unavailability, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, customs processing, legal restrictions, age-verification issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For orders sent to recipients, you are responsible for ensuring that the recipient information, delivery address, phone number, building details, suite or unit number, company name, delivery instructions, and any required access information are accurate and complete.

Where applicable, delivery of alcohol or regulated items may require adult signature, age verification, identity verification, recipient availability, or compliance with local delivery rules. If delivery cannot be completed because these requirements are not met, the order may be delayed, refused, cancelled, returned, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and our operational procedures.

Alcohol availability depends on recipient location, product availability, delivery rules, licensing requirements, and applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws.

By purchasing any product containing alcohol, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and that the intended recipient is also of legal drinking age in the delivery jurisdiction. You also represent that the order complies with all applicable laws and restrictions.

Alcohol deliveries may require adult signature, proof of age, identity verification, recipient presence, or other delivery conditions. Delivery partners, couriers, or fulfillment providers may refuse to complete delivery if age, identity, sobriety, eligibility, or delivery requirements are not satisfied.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or limit any order involving alcohol or regulated products where required or appropriate due to legal restrictions, delivery limitations, recipient eligibility concerns, product availability, licensing requirements, or compliance obligations.

Alcohol or regulated products may not be available in all locations. We do not represent that any specific alcohol product, brand, beverage, delivery method, or regulated item will be available for every order or destination.
